eines wichtigsten Gesetze des deutschen Steuerrechts und regelt u. a. die geltenden Grunds\u00e4tze der Besteuerung aller Steuerarten (z. B. Umsatzsteuer). Die konkreten Bestimmungen zur Steuerberechnung sind in den einzelnen Steuergesetzen geregelt, wie z. B. in dem Einkommenssteuergesetz oder dem Umsatzsteuergesetz. In der Abgabenordnung (AO) sind des weiteren auch Vorschriften zum steuerlichen Strafrecht und au\u00dfergerichtliche Rechtsbehelfe enthalten. Ein abgenommenes Werk bezeichnet man als erf\u00fcllstauglich, da es den erforderlichen, vertraglich festgelegten Kriterien entspricht. Der Besitzer einer Aktie, auch Aktion\u00e4r genannt, ist durch deren Besitz am Gewinn der Unternehmungen der Aktiengesellschaft beteiligt und ist Miteigent\u00fcmer an den Verm\u00f6genswerten der Gesellschaft. Aktien haben auf lange Sicht betrachtet, meist eine h\u00f6here Rendite als andere Verm\u00f6gensanlagen (wie z. B. Immobilien), unterliegen jedoch zum Teil massiven Kursschwankungen. Es gibt verschiedene Aktienarten die unterschiedliche Rechte beinhalten. Die Aktion\u00e4re (Gesellschafter) sind im Allgemeinen mit Einlagen am Aktienkapital beteiligt, das in Aktien zerlegt wurden ist. Zur Gr\u00fcndung einer Aktiengesellschaft ist ein Grundkapital von 50.000 Euro erforderlich. Die Aktiengesellschaft haftet mit ihrem Gesellschaftsverm\u00f6gen f\u00fcr entstandene Verbindlichkeiten der Gesellschaft. Zu den Organen einer Aktiengesellschaft geh\u00f6ren die Hauptversammlung, der Aufsichtsrat und der Vorstand. Aktien sind generell an eine andere Person \u00fcbertragbar. Es ist jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich das die Aktien der Gesellschaft an der B\u00f6rse gehandelt werden.
